It is conveniently located mid way between Winchester and Southampton, just a few minutes from the M3/M27.

A home from home it has everything you’ll need to settle in. It’s opposite Soton common, too, so you can enjoy well-being nature walks and fresh air within 3 minutes of leaving the front door. The local pub is one corner away, Sainsbury local is up the road and there is a Voi station nearby.

Please note the cottage has no TV and whilst we have basic WiFi, we are not connected to fibre so the speeds can be unstable.

The Cottage has been recently extended and refurbished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. Being a stone throw from Southampton central, it’s close enough to be in town within a 5-10 minute car journey but far enough away to slow down. The property offers a large wraparound balcony from master bedroom to lounge diner. Making it a wonderful spot for indoor outdoor living.
