Unique private garden apartment in our single family residence. Great location approximately 8 miles directly west of downtown Chicago. Close to shopping, dining, entertainment and public transportation to the city. One bedroom & best for 2 people but could sleep 3 ($50 fee) for short stays. It's important to note that this is a garden/ground/lower level apartment. The ceilings are relatively low at 6.5'. This would not be the best space for tall people. Free parking in front of the house.

Erik was a phenomenal host, went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay at his house. His family were lovely people and helpful with any and all questions. Erik gave is good clear instructions on the best places to go to in the area, how to travel to the city and how to use all the appliances/facilities in the house. I couldn’t recommend him any more, he made our stay really more comforting and laid a great basis for our stay in Chicago. Cheers Erik!

Joswe was so incredibly kind and accommodating! Being a solo traveler it felt like a home away from home. The space was clean and comfortable and felt very safe. Joswe even left freshly brewed hot coffee every morning along with breakfast! I couldn't recommend Joswe or his home enough! if I could give more stars, I would!

Aurora was an amazing host. We had just stayed one night because we were just in town for a WNBA game. the arena was close to the house, which was nice. I loved how close she lived to the city but also far enough that the neighborhood was quiet. In the morning when we woke up Aurora had gave us nice suggestions for breakfast and it was a really good restaurant. Aurora was also super helpful when I needed help with the TV because it wouldn’t turn on and she came right down to fix it! She also had water and snacks laid out for us, which was also very nice and comforting.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.
