Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Riverview

We had a great stay. We were in town for a week long camp at USF and everything was very smooth. Location was great and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and games. Donte was great in communication and everything was as described. Thank you!

Danielle’s place was terrific. So comfortable and spacious. A perfect touchdown place for all our coming and going and also perfect for hanging out and watching tv or just chilling in the comfy recliners. Recommend!!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our family. Staying at the waterfall house has been absolutely awesome! It was just the place we were looking for, for our family vacation with the fur babies! Everything was as pictured, no unwanted surprises. The pool was great and used quite frequently. I loved the covered up patio outside that made great for catching the little bit of shade away from the Florida sun! The only thing that I was unaware about and a little bummed as my husband wanted to catch the finals is that there is no cable (not even basic) everything is streaming service. However, location was great with great amenities, restaurants, and privacy. We will definitely stay here again as we visit Florida often! Thank you Carlos again, you were an awesome and very accommodating host!

We had 5 teens and 4 adults for a weekend at Busch Gardens and a concert MIDFLORIDA Amphitheater. The home is perfect for a group of this size with plenty of space and nothing cramped. Everything is new and in great shape. It is super convenient to Busch Gardens and took less than 5 minutes to drive there. There is a grocery store less than 5 minutes which was nice as well. The neighborhood is working class and was very quiet. No issues at all. Would definitely stay again if heading to Busch Gardens or USF with a larger group.

This home is by far the best stay we’ve ever had in an airbnb! Great location with easy access to all Tampa/St Pete amenities with a quiet peaceful environment to relax. Home is exceptional and host wonderful!!

The house @ Infinity Bay is beautiful!!! It’s as pretty as the pictures! We felt like we were at home but with better views! All the amenities you would need and more. We were literally an hour away from every activity we planned during our trip! We visited Ana Maria Island, Shell Island Preserve for clear bottom kayaking and Lego Land! The location is perfect! Away from the big city but close enough to enjoy. Kristen was amazing, super friendly and always quick to respond! We had a blast and can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much!!!

It was perfect. Actually convenient to where I had to go.. perfect and plenty of room. I highly recommend.

Great condo. You have to keep touching the black pad above the main door handle to get the key pad to come on. Love the lake and pool. Elevator was out of service but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiet safe are and hosts responded quickly when we had questions or needed more supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

My second stay here. Always clean, great for 1 or 2 people. Beth is great and super helpful if you need anything. Would definitely recommend. I’ll certainly book another stay on my next trip to Tampa!

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

This unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of spices, coffee and tea for use. Toilet paper and such was also in abundance. No shortcomings here at all. We would stay at this location again or any others under this management.

A Peaceful and Memorable Stay My wife and I recently stayed at The Blessing while transitioning the sale of our home, and it truly lived up to its name. We were looking for a place that was not only comfortable and clean but also peaceful—and this cozy retreat delivered on all fronts. The space is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that immediately made us feel at home. We were also traveling with our two medium-sized labradoodles, and Angela was incredibly accommodating and kind. Her hospitality and communication were top-notch from beginning to end. You can tell that The Blessing was created with care and a heart for ministry. There’s something special about the atmosphere—it’s a place where you can genuinely rest and be renewed. Whether you're passing through, visiting family, or just need a quiet space to regroup, I can’t recommend this place enough. We left feeling grateful, refreshed, and yes—blessed.

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

Jeff’s place was the most comfortable and accommodating AirBnB we’ve stayed at to date. The paddle boards, the dock, the bikes, and the hot tub!!! It was a wonderful place to stay with 4 kids!! Jeff and Mimi were great hosts and we appreciated their responsiveness and hospitality! Would definitely stay here again!
