The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.

La maison comprend à l'étage 1 suite parentale avec salle de bain comprenant une baignoire balnéo, un salon cosy équipé d'un canapé lit et au rdc, 1 grande chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 canapé lit, 1 sdb avec douche à l'italienne, 1 salle à manger avec 1 poêle à bois et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Les serviettes et linge de lit sont fournis.

Notre ancien fournil est une partie de notre corps de ferme. Au rez - de - chaussée, il est pourvu d'une cuisine équipée et d'une salle de douche avec toilettes. A l'étage, une chambre mansardée dispose de 3 lits indépendants. A l'extérieur, nos hôtes ont accès à une terrasse privée avec du mobilier de jardin. La wifi est gratuite. Un petit déjeuner (pain paysan, confiture) est proposé sur demande pour 5 euros par personne. Proche de la voie verte, les promeneurs apprécieront cette halte.

This cozy ground floor nest with private entrance + parking is located on the edge of the forest at the foot of the GR and many hikes. A large private garden with barbecue + garden furniture is available. The accommodation has a nice bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a heater and baby equipment. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. An Italian shower and a washing machine are available in the bathroom.
