My home in the mountains

In the beautiful village of Pescocostanzo near the historic center, a characteristic two-story building. The house is located on the third floor and is divided into two levels: the third floor and the attic. Second floor: large living and dining room with fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and corner balcony. Attic floor: double sofa bed, two single beds and second bathroom. Private covered parking space, sky room, bicycle storage and large hobby room with fireplace and equipped tables.

On the main street of Roccaraso and a few meters from Piazza Giovanni Leone, Tabìa 22 is located on the first floor of the “Edelwiss” Condominium in Via Roma n. 13 and has that perfect location for those who want to arrive, park their car and experience Roccaraso on foot. Our mission was to combine the flexibility of a studio apartment with the comforts that a snow lover deserves, in a newly renovated structure, where every square meter is designed to optimize spaces with modern finishes.

Casa intera ideale per coppie e famiglie. Questo confortevole appartamento da poco ristrutturato è situato a pochi passi dal centro di Rivisondoli, nella zona dei residence, in via D'Annunzio. E' comodo, tranquillo, rifinito, ben attrezzato con una bellissima esposizione a sud-ovest, che lo rende molto luminoso. E' dotato di porta blindata, riscaldamento autonomo con caldaia a camera stagna, cucina, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e forno elettrico. Accoglie comodamente sino a 5 ospiti.

My home is a quiet retreat with large, well-kept spaces, perfect for relaxing. The private garden is always available to guests and, in summer, a parking space is also available. We are in the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park, a stone's throw from the wolf wildlife area. From the house, you can walk directly to beautiful mountain hikes, without the need for a car. Close to the ski slopes 14 km from the Pescasseroli facilities 41 km from the Roccaraso ski lifts
