Second floor: large living and dining room with fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and corner balcony. Attic floor: double sofa bed, two single beds and second bathroom. Private covered parking space, sky room, bicycle storage and large hobby room with fireplace and equipped tables.
