The accommodation is well cared for and very bright consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, kitchen and a large living room overlooking the port, capturing wonderful sunsets over the sea every evening. It is also possible to reach the pretty beach of the port comfortably on foot, while the large beaches are 5 minutes from the port.

L'appartamento è situato nel villaggio podere san Luigi nella zona sud di san Vincenzo, immerso nel verde, ad una distanza di circa 200mt dal mare. La spiaggia di sabbia è raggiungibile (a piedi) attraverso un vialetto ombreggiato ed attrezzato all'interno di una lecceta. Si trova in una zona strategica in quanto è possibile raggiungere molte belle località sia della costa che dell'interno.
