Amazing location and beautiful apartment! Perfect for me and my friend! Very spacious and two bathrooms .. lovely stylish interior with beautiful windows looking out to the street of the Piazza. Very central and beautiful experience. Highly recommend :)

Great apartment, very nice host, made us feel at home. You can do a lot on foot, beach within a few minutes' walk. Supermarkets Lidl, Coop, Coop City and Penny nearby. On Fridays, there is a large, beautiful weekly market nearby and you can also easily walk to the beach promenade. On Sundays, there were also stalls set up there. All in all, a very nice vacation. They were super relaxing days in this beautiful home of Catia. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The two hosts Catia and Antonio are also very nice and helpful. They greeted us very kindly and we felt right at home. Thank you very much!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We really enjoyed his place. Here are the pros and cons. Cons A/c was hard to figure out. I was not aware there were 3 units to have to turn on and set. Bar noise on night one until 2:00 am. What you get in busy area. Parking is really a long way away and uphill and you have to pay for it. Not a park and get out place. Be prepared to walk. Pros Location is fantastic. Very close to restaurants and sites. Private location. View was much better than expected. Very nice place. Decorated great. Very large. Easily enough room for 5 or 6.

The stay at Paola's house was very good. The location is perfect because it is close to different places in Tuscany. It has an incredible view and Paola was very kind giving us recommendations about the area.

Michela and Maurizio were excellent guests. Very responsive and great communicators. Their place feels right at home, clean, peaceful, with all amenities that made our stay very comfortable! The villa is at a great location and close to the main attractions. One of the best airbnb we stayed! Highly recommended!

One of the best views you will find! Place is clean and comfortable. AC in every room and worked well. Probably the best washer dryer we had in Italy :) Incredibly responsive host. Highly recommend!

Casa di Laura is a dream. I shared the location with all my friends because coming here is a wonderful gift to give yourself. We left reluctantly, like when you leave a vacation home you've grown fond of. The surroundings are beautiful, as is the house, a quiet garden with attention to every detail, and the pool that changes the whole vacation. A dip before going down to Siena to visit (which is 15 minutes by car, not even) is like returning home before going down for dinner. Ideal for cooling off from the summer heat. It was truly wonderful, and we will be back! Thank you so much Laura for sharing with us the restaurant for lunch, dinner and aperitif and for being so flexible with the schedule. We haven't even met, but after being at your house, it's as if I know you. Thank you!

This place is a dream! Everything is stunning. I loved every room and every view. Everything is thoughtfully put together with comforts like an ice machine and AC on when you arrive. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. I loved the wine available for purchase. Pietro was a great communicator and helpful with fabulous suggestions and support. I would come back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

This is an absolutely stunning place, on so many levels. The villa and surroundings look exactly like the pictures, but they can’t truly do justice to the tranquil beauty of the landscape and the comfort of the house. We loved this place. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. It was a bit cold for the pool, but we braved it a few times - hard to resist with the stunning view. The house is a quick walk to the tiny yet utterly charming town of Montebenichi, with its one lovely little restaurant (with wonderful food). There are other walks in the area, including down the road towards the nearby wolf sanctuary - the wolves add to the magical atmosphere with their baying at intervals during the day. The road to the house is narrow at times, and intimidating at first, but gets easier as you get familiar with the twists and turns. The overall location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, a quick drive to many of the top sites. This place delivers on the Tuscan dream vacation.

We had a great stay. The house matches the description very well and is perfectly equipped. Consuelo was super responsive and helpful and even brought us some olive oil and lettuce from the farm ☺️

We rented the whole property to include the additional third room and we had a great time. Located in a remote and very quiet setting, the property provides an authentic Tuscan experience. It has a magnificent garden with a great view and a great pool. We saw wild boars and horses afar from the terrace every day. The outdoor dining area is spacious and very relaxing. Our hosts, Emilio and Simona, are very nice, responsive and accommodating during our entire stay. Thank you Emilio and Simona for your warm hospitality.

Francesco’s loft was in the heart of Siena and had plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance of the airbnb. I recommend packing light for Siena in general, with the hilly streets and about 20 steps up to the Airbnb from the external door- which was no problem for my sister and I. The loft was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We spent most of our time outside exploring, but it was a peaceful place to start our morning making coffee and end our nights. The place was very clean and had a very nice shower with multiple settings. The upstairs bathroom with washer was convenient and allowed us to pack lighter. Francesco was a very responsive host, letting us know check in info early on and answering any questions we might have had. I highly recommend this serene spot. I also unfortunately upon leaving realized I left a couple of dresses and Francesco was quick to respond and willing to send them to me. An amazing host!! 🫶🏽

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely amazing—right in the center, walking distance to everything. The flat itself is very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention to the host who was incredibly helpful, even arranging an emergency dentist appointment for us—truly above and beyond! The apartment comes with valet parking, which was convenient, although you do need to walk about 6 minutes to the meeting point to retrieve your car. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: if you arrive after 10pm, there’s an extra fee, and with luggage, it’s best to take a taxi to be dropped directly at the apartment, as only taxis are allowed access inside the area. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

The accommodation is super centrally located in the center. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

A beautiful stay in Punta Ala, the apartment was as described: functional, tastefully renovated and a few steps from the port of Punta Ala, in a really quiet and well-maintained residential setting. The veranda was really enjoyable. Lucia was very kind and available for any case. It was a pleasure, we hope to be back next year.
