Cette maison familiale qui a été rénovée en 2021 est idéale pour passer d'agréables vacances sans avoir à prendre la voiture, tout est accessible à pied ou à vélo. La plage est 7 min à pied, les commerces à 2 min, le marché, balades en forêt, tennis, golf, zoo, accrobranche, boulodrome, spa, restaurants, parcs d'attractions, pistes cyclables, base nautique, etc... Tout est à proximité.

A 5-minute walk to the Corderie Royal, the Hermione, the Maritime Museum, and 10 minutes to the Thermal Baths. You can also enjoy the large Rochefort market which takes place 3 times a week. The house is located at the back of the yard, very quiet, in the morning you will enjoy the birdsong, and can have lunch in the sun!
