We had a great stay in this very well located apartment, close to the beach, restaurants - bars, a park and other local shops. The apartment is good quality, very nice and really clean. Comfortable bedding. In short, we highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Marie-Laure's, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts and ideally located for reaching the pedestrian streets of La Rochelle. A special mention for the very secure and comfortable parking location 2 steps from the accommodation! I would obviously recommend it.

The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet! We only stayed one night but it totally matched our expectations.

Very nice accommodation, in line with the description and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

We stayed 3 days and 4 nights, and it was a very enjoyable weekend. Isabelle is a really charming host and her house is just superb. The description was perfect and the tranquility of the Charente countryside was ideal for a weekend of rest, rejuvenating. The Nordic bath and the brazier were really the icing on the cake. We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is very well located in the centre of La Flotte - while also being very quiet and private with space to sit outside both at the front and at the back. The accommodation is stylish and comfortable. And the concierge service was excellent - friendly and highly responsive with good local recommendations.
