Monthly Rentals in Rock Door Mesa

We enjoyed being able to arrive at a time that worked for us. The breakfast was also ready on time with homemade pastries. View and evening by sharing the awesome Milky Way.

My daughter and I were thrilled to be able to pitch our tent on Celia's property in magnificent Monument Valley. Celia gave us written directions plus geographic coordinates. We used Google Maps and her place was very easy to find. What a privilege to be able to walk 5-minutes from our tent site to a wonderful monuments viewpoint. We requested the Navajo tacos dinner and it was great to be served at our campsite. Yum! The outhouse toilets are roomy and very clean and there's a large and well-stocked handwashing station outside. If you're camping in the Monument Valley area pass up the commercial sites and stay at Celia's with all the stars and Milky Way! When in the area again we will return!

Our family will never forget our stay at Rosalyn’s beautiful homestead. We were in the Turquoise Hogan: two adults, two kiddos. We had plenty of space, the beds were comfy (blankets were so cozy), and the view was breathtaking. Got up at 2am to see starts and arms of the Milky Way filled the eastern sky just outside our door. Best part of the stay was listening to Rosalyn share information about her journey and the culture of the Diné. We are so grateful to her for opening her home and sharing her culture with us.

The yurt is very clean, well-equipped, spacious and the location is ideal! Only downside if you are traveling in a group, there is no door to separate the shower and toilet from the rest of the room. Otherwise I recommend it!
