Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Upper Pityme has its own small open plan outside area & provides smart self-contained accommodation and countryside views. There is easy access to the stunning beaches one mile walk away. Situated at the top of the lovely seaside resort of Rock,Upper Pityme has it's own private entrance & parking. Includes: double bedroom, open plan kitchen, dining, living space & WiFi . Lovely pub nearby & short walk to local shops, eateries and coast. We also have a sofa (bed ) n the lounge for 2 people.

The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than a 5 minutes walk away. Stepping Stone is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of North Cornwall. The South-West Coast Path offers walkers plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area.

A good base to stay & get away from it all at an affordable price. Please note that there is no outside space. There is no wi fi at the moment. Parking for one car.
