Cosy, well-equipped apartment near Frankfurt

Our self-contained, fully equipped and bright 45 sqm apartment is located in our home in a beautiful, quiet residential area next to the forest. The living-room looks out onto the garden and a small terrace. Frankfurt city centre by car is about 15 min. (off-peak), the closest public transportation station a 15 min. walk (down/up a fairly steep hill) (there's a bus, but it doesn't run on Saturdays after 3 p.m. and on Sundays). 2-4 people. Families with children very welcome.

Mein Bootshaus ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Es lädt dazu ein, ganz für sich zu sein, den Alltag zu vergessen und liegt in einem kleinen Dorf zwischen Darmstadt und Frankfurt. Ein Loft mit Kamin, Sauna, 12-Meter-Pool und Garten. Individuelle gastronomische Betreuung kann gerne dazu gebucht werden. Ihr könnt aber auch selbst in der voll ausgestatteten Bootshausküche kochen. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist problemlos und sicheres Parken auf dem Grundstück inklusive.

Sehr ruhige Einliegerwohnung.Alle Räume besitzen große Fenster.Im Sommer ist es schön kühl und im Winter schnuckelig warm.Die Küche verfügt über eine Komplette Ausstattung.WLAN und ein Fernseher stehen bereit.Ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist ebenfalls vorhanden.Super schönes Gelände zum laufen, wandern, reiten und Fahrrad fahren gibt es direkt vor der Tür.

Eine Oase zum Ausruhen und Wohlfühlen. Meine Unterkunft (früher ein Architekturbüro) befindet sich im Garten hinter dem Haupthaus. Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang und einen wunderschönen Blick durch große Panoramafenster in den Garten mit vielen Blumen und einem Teich mit Wasserfall.
