Small apartment, very nice and really equipped with all comforts. Private parking area right in front of the apartment. Appliances in working order, impeccable cleanliness. Very helpful and attentive host. They left us a delicious homemade cake on arrival, and a welcome video with tourist tips and everything we needed for breakfast. An example of what hospitality should be. I highly recommend it. TOP experience.

House was clean and very well equipped. Ivan was always available and responded quickly and kindly. He is very flexible. We thought we would arrive before 3 pm and would have been allowed into the house by then. The house is beautifully located by the sea. You can always hear the sound of the sea in all rooms, which we enjoyed very much. To reach the beach, you only have to cross a sandy path. The beach is quite nice. The sunsets and the view of the Aeolian Islands are also wonderful. The terrace is the highlight of the house. The path to the house is a sandy path that is very well worn. Ivan draws attention to this in his ad. And with a higher car, for example Panda, you can get there easily. The directions, description for waste disposal and handling of the existing equipment is very good and detailed. You just have to read them and stick to them. Thank you Ivan. If we can, we will be happy to come back!!!

I highly recommend this Villa - it surpassed our expectations. The best aspect is Maurizio’s services and excellent communication. He helped organise transfers (even at very short notice), arranged pizza chefs at the villa, and reliably responded to all our requests promptly. Hospitality and care like a 5* hotel. I planned a trip for 4 days for a group of 14 girls in mid-May. As soon as we landed in Catania, we felt we were being personally looked after. Maurizio helped me pre-arrange minibus transfers and kept in regular contact to ensure all was well. Exploring the grounds of the villa was a highlight. We enjoyed fresh oranges from the trees and squeezed large lemons into our drinks. There’s an excellent outdoor gazebo area with concrete ground and tent-like roof surrounded by beautiful trees. The terraces provide beautiful views of the sea, sunset and islands. The kitchen is small but was sufficient to cook for 14 people, with large pots/pans. Bedrooms huge and spacious

Even the journey to Maria and Mauro on the SS 113 from Catania to San Saba was a pure driving experience and a pleasure to enjoy the landscape. On a terrace with sea views, surrounded by palm trees, cacti, old olive trees and fragrant herbs, the welcome could not be more open and warm. The apartment is super and very clean. We got the best insider tips for the coast, the mountains, the ancient excavations and tips for culinary delights from Maria. We gladly accepted the invitation to a joint excursion to the hinterland of San Saba with wide views and a fantastic view of both coasts of the Tyrrhenian and Ionian Sea. Likewise, we were only too happy to accept the very personal invitation to a dinner together at Maria's house with Sicilian specialties and a royal wine. We will be back and highly recommend it!
