Monthly Rentals in Rodmarton

The property was exactly as advertised and lived up to all expectations. Easy to find and clean, neat and tidy and we were always kept updated with key information. We know the Cotswold area very well but still found plenty of new things to see and do. Helped by exceptional weather, the holiday was everything we wanted. If anyone wanted a relaxing holiday within a peaceful village and surroundings, I would highly recommend this cosy cottage - a home from home.

Great location as a base to tour the Cotswolds. The annexe is well appointed, comfortable and in a quiet location. It was nice to be able to sit outside, soak up the sunshine and watch the chickens and horses! Amanda was very helpful.

We have stayed here for Badminton weekend two years in a row now. Once again this cottage was faultless with the most breath-taking views and walks. We hope to come again next year.

Spent a wonderful couple of days at the Shepherds Hut. It’s cosy, clean and comfortable with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. I especially enjoyed watching the sunrise (with the horses and cows in the fields next door keeping me company). We didn’t have a car but getting to the site is super easy via a bus from Stroud, and walking to/from Minchinhampton is only around 20 mins via public footpaths. Taxis are also easy to find. We went on a lovely 1 hour and 20 mins walk from the hut to the Jolly Nice farm shop finding a great route using OS maps. We loved meeting Nick and how welcome he made us feel. We hope to stay again soon!
