The experience in Juanan's apartment was great. The treatment on arrival was magnificent. We followed some of his recommendations for eating and it was a success. The apartment was super clean, nice and tidy. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows. The very nice spaces. In short, totally recommended. If we go back to Elche, we'll definitely repeat.

We had an amazing stay at Natalia’s place and can’t recommend it enough! She was warm, caring, and went above and beyond—even driving us to the bus station because we had so much luggage. We originally booked 6 nights but loved it so much we extended for 4 more. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like home. Natalia’s communication was always quick and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and the Consum supermarket. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly wonderful host, this is the perfect place. Thank you, Natalia—we’ll definitely be back!

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia treated us with a lot of understanding and attention.

Great Family Holiday in Villamartin! "We recently spent 7 wonderful days in this lovely apartment in Villamartin, Spain, with our two kids. The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for families. We loved the proximity to local amenities and beaches The location was ideal for exploring the area, and the apartment's amenities, such as the pool kept our kids entertained for hours. The hosts were responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family holiday in Villamartin. Staying in this place was great! Close to the beach, promenades and seaside promenades, lots of restaurants around, a shop right next to the block. The apartment itself is very clean, exactly as in the photos, a large terrace where we spent most of the time (a huge plus for the awning protecting against the afternoon sun!) The fourth floor (there is an elevator!), providing a lot of privacy even on such a large terrace Communication with the owner was also without any problems, a nice and friendly person :) The connection to Alicante airport is also impeccable, fast and efficient, followed by a short walk from the stop to the apartment If someone wants to relax by the sea - I highly recommend it!

A nice apartment with everything within walking distance. If you have a car, you have to take into account the difficulty of parking. Parking garage within 10 minutes walking distance.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely amazing flat and pool, beach is only a 2 mins walk away. Nice restaurant and a few touristy shops around. Would definitely stay again :)

The apartment was really easy to find and the host gave us very precise instructions prior to arrival about the property and security. The apartment was great!, it looked just like the images, was clean and very safe for our children. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, the location was ideal for us, lovely private pools and the beach was amazing...we had a car which i would recommend as there is alot to do in the area, great restaurants and shopping. Perfect hosting from Isco and beautiful appartement with perfect interior and design and vieuw over the sea en landscape, just like in the picture in the advertisement. We can highly recommend this and will certainly come back.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

Caltalina has been very responsive to all messages senr prior to booking. On arrival she met with us and allowed us to check in 3 hrs before recommended on the booking. She was very helpful. Accommodation was superb! Beach qas less than a 10 minute walk as was shops and restaurants. Apartment was perfect and los arenales del sol is a beautiful place to visit . Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at John &Tatiana’s Apartment. The place was very well equipped and it was spotless. It had a nice coffee machine, extra fridge and we also enjoyed the use of the on site sauna. Lovely pool and the complex is modern and everyone was quite friendly. I would highly recommend. The communication with John & Tatiana was excellent. It would be quite advantageous to have the use of a car.

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.
