Dreamy Loft by the Opera Theater

Uncover a sparkling gem where every piece of furniture showcases artisan work through Afghani tapestries, Aleppo's carpets, and batiks from Java. The vibrant home also boasts an array of furnishings, an open-plan layout, and contrasting motifs. The loft is the house of a writer and a traveler. I was for a long time a war correspondent and, in my journeys, I always made a point of bringing back a book, a carpet, a stone, a painting, a fragment of memory so that the world may live in my Roman home. The flat is available for brief stays but also for longer periods. Being less than a block away from the Opera Theatre, it could be the perfect base for singers and musicians. Giuseppe stayed here and this is what he had to say: "The flat is in a quiet street, off Monti. When you enter, it's all very charming. It's not a regular "B&B" experience, it's the flat of a woman who travels a lot for work. The result is very stylish and warm and full of wonderful details. We stayed here for ten days and we really felt at home." The entire 70 square meters loft is at your disposal. The loft has two areas, the living area and the sleeping area. The property is located within walking distance of both the main train station, Termini, and the splendor of the Colosseum. The light is important, I believe and the silence as well. The loft is on the 6th floor, with the elevator. Proprio di fronte al portone dell'appartamento c'è la fermata del bus n. 64 che dalla Piazza di San Pietro arriva direttamente alla stazione Termini, passando per il Foro Romano e Piazza Venezia. A circa 300 metri, circa 10 minuti, si raggiunge la stazione ferroviaria di Roma San Pietro. Wir waren mit zwei Familien in dem Apartment. Es war genug Platz für die Kinder und die Erwachsenen. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und geräumig. Des weitern sind alle bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Betten waren bequem und die Kopfkissen super bequem. Die Küchenausstattung war optimal. Es war alles vorhanden. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und sehr schnell erreichbar. Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es keinerlei Probleme. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit erneut buchen und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

What a fantastic, quiet, and clean place! It was just about a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum as well. The bus stop is just right in front of the apartment, and then the tram station is just a 3 minute walk away. Plenty of options food right near the place as well. But still, it’s in a residential area so it’s calm and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The host was amazing and went above and beyond, even coordinating reliable taxi service to and from the airport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. One thing to note: if you're over 5'8", the shower and bathroom might feel a bit cramped due to the low ceilings and compact space. However, it’s perfect for anyone under that. Overall, a wonderful experience—I’d definitely stay here again!

Daniela è stata molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Io, mia moglie e 2 nostri amici abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni, ci siamo sentiti sin da subito come a casa, Daniela ci ha accolto di persona soddisfando in pieno le nostre aspettative. In zona ci sono ristoranti familiari e un supermercato. Per i trasferimenti noi abbiamo utilizzato il bus e la metro senza nessun problema. In cortile è disponibile il posto auto dedicato. Consigliato.

Roberto's place was perfect for us, a family of 5. Apartment was less than 10 min walk to train station and within 15-20 minutes train ride to Rome's main attractions. multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance. Lorenzo was very helpful, he met us at the building and helped us with check in and taking us to the parking garage. Food was great at the restaurants he recommended. Will definitively stay at Roberto's place again when I return to Rome.

I was in Rome for two things: To see the Caravaggio exhibit and do 36 hours with a valued client. I like living like a local and Sabrina's apartment offered that experience. (Hotels in Rome in June were otherwise $700 a night.) Sabrina's apartment was a roomy, cozy alternative for our 4 days in Rome. She was incredibly responsive and proactive in communicating with us before, during and after the trip. Her family owns a restaurant across the street, which we visited twice. She made us reservations. She called us a taxi when we needed one. The neighborhood is safe. We could walk to the Colosseum (10 minutes). Hot showers (always a must) A little outdoor area to sit. Great breakfast cafe nearby. We went to Branca everyday for pastries and ginseng coffee. Ask for Luca who will greet you with warmth and a smile. I would book Sabrina's apartment again.

Amazing experience in Rome. The AirB&B is in a prime location—a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Navona. The street the AirB&B is located on is bustling with restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Everything is walkable and the location puts you right in the heart of Rome. If you want an authentic, walkable Rome experience I would 10/10 recommend Marcella's place!
