Entire house on Como lake on three floors, with 2 balconies and a furnished patio. The living room is on the ground floor with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen on 1 floor. Bedroom/bathroom on the 2 floor with view The house is in the middle of a small village,you cannot arrive by car. A parking space is 100 meters away or more. You have silence and peace but no bars & shops in the very vicinity, but at 10 min. walking down the hill. Could not be suitable for small kids, because of inner stairs.

We are in Brunate, a small village on the mountains overlooking Como Lake. The house borders the forest, and often - in the evening or early in the morning - you can see animals in the garden. If you are interested in a jet boat ride, you have only to ask. I will be happy to accompany you to discover the most beautiful lake's villas. The interior design and the furniture fits perfectly with the eclectic architecture of this house, bringing us to the atmosphere “Belle Époque” of the beginning of the last century.

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
