I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

This studio was spacious and incredibly beautiful. It was very comfortable to sleep and shower in and didn't get too hot despite the summer heat. It was also in a great location, very close to the beach, plenty of restaurants, and downtown Menton. We were comfortably able to walk everywhere we needed to. Elena was also a very responsive host and helped when we needed it. Would stay here again.

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

The apartment was very comfortable, just as comfortable as a hotel. There were small amenities provided, such as toilet paper, shower gel, and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. A really great place. If you were to book this as a hotel room, the price would be ten times higher !

This was one of our best trips in last 5 years. Olivier apartment is so great, lot of space, everything what you need you have it and more important so close by the sea. From the first moment when we arrive, easy to find keys and enter in apartment we feel like home. Kitchen is very well equipped, beds are very comfortable and pillows as well . Terrace is really spectacular, amazing view and amazing space. We had every meal on terrace and enjoy in view. For me as car enthusiast was very important that there is also a garage box so you don’t need to worry for parking, specially if you drive convertible like me. You have couple great restaurants around, shop is right around corner and bakery as well. Beach is no crowded in June and water was good temperature for swimming. Apartment is close to Menton(5min driving) that is must see and Monaco (10min driving). We enjoy so much that for sure we will come back! Absolutely lovely stay! The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, with shops and restaurants all around — super convenient. The neighborhood is incredibly picturesque and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the local vibe. Our kids had a great time at the beach and loved the local restaurants. The older ones especially enjoyed taking morning walks along the beautiful coast all the way to Italian border — such a unique experience! The host is amazing — friendly, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. Thank you for a wonderful stay — hope to come back soon!

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

It’s rare that somewhere that looks amazing lives up to the hype! Maison Regina does! Big time! From being met at our cab there ( you’ll be walking in if it’s after 1pm as pedestrianised) by the managing agent Alice, and given the lowdown on how everything worked, to the utter fabulousness of our home for the next 2 weeks. The house was larger than we expected, those town houses look teeny from outside, to the appointments-strong hot showers, tv that’s a moving picture gallery, nespresso machine so good I’ve just bought the same model for my home, to the aircon that I’m not normally a fan of but a bonus in hot weather. The roof terrace is the star! We had meals there looking out to sea at the moored superyachts and sailing regattas from morn to dusk, counted the EasyJet planes coming in every few minutes ( not a disruptive noise) and gave names to the friendly local seagulls. Magic! And 200 restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk.

Great location on the beach front, easy walking distance to shops, a few cafes, beach club and tram line to get into old town. Place was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Master bedroom is at the front of the house which is on a main road so it’s quite noisy through out the night but that is to be expected with the houses location

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

Yevan is an amazing host. The apartment was very clean and nice. He even managed to arrange that we could check-in earlier than planned. He’s also very responsive, whenever we had questions he replied almost immediately providing support. Thank you so much for the great care.

This place was honestly like on the pictures and the host was just amazing. I will 100% go back if I’m in the south of France. From the apartment, you even saw the tennis tournament ( we didn’t have to buy tickets haha)

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation in Nice. In the city centre, great location. Very clean and comfortable. Netflix was available. The bathroom was clean and nice. Everything was perfect, we totally recommend!
