The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

Marie and Dominque's home was stunning!!! The home was private, spacious and impeccably designed for a larger travel party. We were travelling with adult children and found the home extremely comfortable and it met our every need. The house is conveniently located near the Bay of Agay which had delicious patisseries and markets - it was a lovely walk for our morning croissants. The kitchen was a gourmet's dream and the views from every room were breath-taking. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Highly recommend this rental. Location was perfect for the area. Annie was easy to deal with and was quick to respond. Yvonne, the house manager, was very helpful, showed us around the property and how things worked. She quickly responded when needed. The summary printed information sheet in the home was very useful in terms of things to do, shopping and recommendations for restaurants. The areas inside and outside the home were open, spacious and comfortable. Our group of three couples has lots of room, felt very comfortable and enjoyed our week.

We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

We loved our stay at Julien's place! After a long travel day, the minute we walked in the door, we put on our swimsuits and got in the jacuzzi to relax and taking in the views. We ate every meal on the balcony outside and the views were incredible. Julien was very responsive anytime I had a question.

The scenery is very, very good, you can see the beautiful sea view, it is a very perfect holiday home, every bedroom has a sea view, I like it very much, very satisfied, a very unforgettable and wonderful stay

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

Cyril’s villa is an absolute gem! We were a family of 7, including 3 children from 9-14. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. A feast for the eyes wherever you look, however it didn’t feel cluttered, more masterfully curated. Wonderful lamps throughout giving beautiful lighting come evening. Beds were comfortable and we have returned to England having placed an order for continental pillows! It was immaculately clean and the housekeeper, Berangere was so kind to welcome us on our arrival and walk us through the villa. The pool was the main reason we booked the villa and it didn’t disappoint! It was the star of the show, our children loved it and we used it every day. Vence town is a 10 minute stroll away with so many charming places of interest. We used Uber for all our journeys and days out, very reasonable and the app is so easy to use. A visit to Saint Paul De Vence is a must! Cyril was a lovely host and was very responsive to any enquiries before our trip. We hope to return soon!

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!

The four of us had a great week at Louis' accommodation. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Joss and immediately felt at home. The house looks just the same as the photos! Everything is very clean, even the "pool boy" came by once. The amenities of the accommodation are great, nothing is missing. Communication with Louis is very pleasant. Louis is happy to take special requests and help with any questions. I really appreciated the extremely short reaction time of sometimes only a few minutes! You feel super taken care of and can just enjoy the holidays :-). I wouldn't want to change anything, it was a fantastic vacation. I can only recommend it! THANKS!

Truly beautiful place and people.

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

We spent 10 days in this listing. It was our first time with Airbnb and we don't regret it. A very welcoming, attentive host, gave us a lot of advice and was always there when needed. Regarding the house, everything was perfect, as in the description! Very clean, very tidy, everything was great. A really beautiful house with everything you need. Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Perfect, fabulous view

This was one of the best AirBnb apartments we stayed at so far. Wonderful view to the sea and mountains. Just a short walk to beaches and other beaches in 5 minutes driving distance. Jean Jacques was always reachable and was there to welcome us on the first day and show us the apartment. We would definitely come back!

Great stay at this beautiful place. We really enjoyed our time, once again! Great connections to Nice airport and surrounding villages. Spacious garden and pool and great cooking amenities. Looking forward to coming again!
