Holiday rentals with beach access in Roquebrune-sur-Argens

Das Apartment von Lionel ist ein Traum. Modern, renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und es war sogar ein Thermomix vorhanden. Wohn- und Essbereich lassen sich durchs öffnen der Fensterfront bis aus den Balkon erweitern. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist der unverbaute Ausblick aufs Meer und der direkte Zugang zum Meer. Einzige kleine Anmerkung ist, dass die Wohnanlage sehr hellhörige ist. Auch wenn man die Nachbarn nicht sieht, kann man sie Hören, hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Sandrine in Saint-Raphaël sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft war sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders schön war der Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer in der Ferne – perfekt, um dort morgens zu frühstücken oder abends auf der Lounge den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Der nächste Steinstrand ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – unbedingt an Schwimmschuhe denken, dann steht dem Badevergnügen nichts im Weg. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Sandstrand Plage de Camp Long. Ein großes Dankeschön an Sandrine für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die tollen Tipps! Besonders das Restaurant "Le Jardin Poncet" in Saint-Raphaël war ein echtes Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 🌞🌊

Nous avons passé un super séjour! L’appartement est conforme à la description, refait à neuf, idéalement placé, très proche de la mer. La piscine de la résidence est très agréable. Nous recommandons et n’hésiterons pas à revenir! :)

We have been here the second time and this is by far the best apartment in la Croix Val mer. The apartment and especially the view towards the sea is spectacular. Olivier is also a very nice host and is very helpful. Everything was perfect

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

Magnifique appartement et très agréable terrasse, dans une magnifique villa, avec un très beau jardin, à 5minutes à pieds de la plage. Accompagnement discret et efficace de Rémi. Nous reviendrons volontiers, merci pour tout !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa située au sein d’une résidence privée. La vue sur la Méditerranée y est splendide. La plage se trouve à environ 15 minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons également bien profité de la piscine, qui était chauffée et traitée au sel, ainsi que des équipements de loisirs : tennis de table, pétanque… La résidence possède aussi un terrain de tennis. Notre séjour a aussi été l’occasion de découvrir les environs : Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, Cannes et Monaco. Un grand merci à Laeticia pour sa disponibilité, ainsi qu'à la personne en charge de la piscine pour sa gentillesse.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

we found the place felt like it was right out of a movie set from somewhere exotic. beautiful pool and surroundings. was perfect for 4 kids and 2 adults and the beach was also within walking range. thank you Carolane and Jerome for the best experience of the South of France.

Nous avons passé une semaine 5 adultes ( 1 personne âgée) 1 bébé de 9 mois et une enfant de 2 ans . La maison bien que présentant plusieurs paliers est très bien organisée pour que chacun trouve son espace. La vue est spectaculaire sur les plages de la Nartelle . Le jardin en terrasses est magnifiquement entretenu .plaisir des yeux et de l'odorat . La piscine à l'arrière de la propriété est ensoleillée toute la journée et bien sécurisée. Violaine et Pierre ont été très prévenants tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons et reviendrons .

Marie-Laure nous a communiqué le plan d’accès, les informations sur les commerces à proximité ainsi qu’une documentation particulièrement complète sur la villa . Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par Barbara avec qui nous avons découvert la villa. Barbara a fait preuve d’une amabilité et d’une efficacité à souligner. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette propriété qui est située dans un environnement très calme et à proximité de la plage et de Sainte-Maxime. Elle offre une belle vue sur la mer. Les équipements de la maison sont impressionnants et en parfait état. Que mettre en avant ? La superbe piscine chauffée et sécurisée (nos deux petits-enfants nous acompagnaient). La qualité de l’installation de chauffage/air conditionné. Les électro-ménagers nombreux et récents. L’aménagement et l’équipement de la cuisine et des sdb. Merci encore à Barbara qui a accepté un départ matinal. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la villa et nous avons hâte d’y retourner.

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

WOW! WOW! WOW! Breathtaking view in a such a beautiful property. Super clean. Renovated and very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful stay. Beautiful building with private parking is a plus. Beds very comfortable. Waking up to a dreamy view was heavenly. Just could not get enough! Alexandra is super sweet and kind. Made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, we did not want to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect. Location so central and like 8-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and all the happenings in tgr old town and the famous shoppings streets. . Anyone would fall in love with this place! Can’t go wrong! Highly recommend Alexandra’s stunning apartment.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft! In Echt noch schöner als auf Bildern. Das Airbnb ist wunderschön eingerichtet und man hat alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!
