Adjacent to the owners' main residence (discreet couple 58-70 years old) on 2000 m2 of land. Ideally located between Nice and Cannes, near Valbonne, Grasse (perfumeries), Pont du Loup, 20 min to the sea, 1h to the mountains, 10 min to the 18-hole Valbonne golf course. Rentals from Saturday to Saturday except with prior agreement. "Sociable and well-behaved" animals are welcome.
