In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

Sehr schöne bis ins Detail liebevoll gebaute und sehr komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung hoch über dem Rorschacher Hafen. Weiter Blick über den See und zu den Alpen. In der Wohnung findest Du eine super Küche mit allem was man sich wünscht. Ein schönes Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne und Dusche. Modern in-law apartment on organic farm

Die Wohnung Loghomespace befindet sich im unteren Stock des Hauses. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Das Blockhaus steht auf dem Haselbachhof welcher von unserer Familie in der 3ten Generation geführt wird. Die Region wird auch Mostindien genannt, wegen den vielen Apfelbäumen. 450 Bäume sind es auf dem Haselbachhof, dazu kommen 40 Milchkühe, 10 Angus Mutterkühe, 10 Pferde ein paar Schafe, Katzen und Hunde.

This bright top-floor apartment features a cozy living area with a sleeping nook, a desk, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area combines style and functionality. The spacious balcony offers stunning views of the city and mountains. The modern bathroom with a bathtub ensures comfort. A free parking space is available. Shops, restaurants, and the train station are nearby, while Lake Constance and the Festival Hall are about 1 km away.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Private bedroom in Souterrain (semi-basement) with private bathroom. No kitchen! We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

Cozy studio on the first floor, in Appenzellerland

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). A grill bowl is available there. The bus or Appenzellerbahn train can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).
