Small but nice studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a villa from the turn of the century. 30 sqm freshly renovated with 2 single beds, which can be converted into a double bed on request, a cozy sitting/dining area, flat screen TV (DVTB), radio, CD player. New kitchenette with all necessary cooking utensils (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster...) Completely renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area, there is a spacious built-in closet. The house is situated in a quiet but central location in the so-called Dichterviertel, a few minutes' walk from the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau Sprudelhof, as well as from most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. The train station and city center are also only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers the opportunity for rest and relaxation, but also for mini golf and chess. During the season, you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devils Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the residence of Elvis and his family during his army service in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room in Bad Nauheim during this time....! In addition, the spa administration offers a variety of lectures, guided tours and events. The surrounding area invites you to hike (Taunus and Wetterau) and numerous other places worth seeing (Frankfurt /M. - City and airport, Friedberg, Bad Homburg, Wetzlar, Saalburg, etc.) can be easily reached after a short journey. Very central, 2 min. to subway, 5 min. to all restaurants/ shopping centers and the lovely historic city of Oberursel, 10 min. along the Urselbach(little creek) to the swimming hall . Frankfurt/M. 10 min. by car or 20 min. by subway. Oberursel is directly located at the Großer Feldberg with lots of excursion possibilities.

Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

The apartment has an ideal location in Friedberg’s inner city. 5 minute walk to reach central station: Frankfurt-Central Station by regional train (20 min) and suburban train S6 (35 min) and Gießen-Central Station (30 min). Frankfurt-Fair by suburban train S6 (25 min). 20 minutes drive by car to the motorway access A5. There are several restaurants, coffee houses, bars, supermarkets, backeries, doctors, post offices, banks (ATM). The main shopping street in walking distance (3-5 minutes).

Apartment on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen - overall 50m2. Including WiFi, Netflix TV and use of a washing machine and a dryer possible. With new AC’s (air conditioning units) in each bedroom, solar powered 🌞 (climate neutral). We live on the 1st floor with our child and dog Chili. Public transportation to Frankfurt by Bus and S-Bahn (to Frankfurt Main Station approx. 50min). Please check the house rules for more details as well.

Quiet 'attic nest' for vacationers and after work

Bright, fully furnished attic apartment renovated in 2019 with magnificent views in a 3-family house. Quietly located without transit traffic and yet centrally located. The S-Bahn takes 5 minutes to Bad Homburg, 30 minutes to Frankfurt/M., and about 50 minutes (with a change at the main train station) and is a 3-minute walk away. The owner and his parents live in the house. After consultation, a washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Free parking for 1 car.

Enjoy your time in our stylish and lovingly furnished apartment. Our apartment has an open living/dining area with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge (+ freezer) and a coffee machine. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed 140 cm and a wardrobe. There is another sleeping space available on the sofa bed.

In our historic farmhouse in Friedrichsdorf, we have a beautiful two-room apartment with about 50 square meters for guests. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen in the living and dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed with two beds and a large bathroom with natural light with a double sink and large shower. There is also a private terrace with seating.
