This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. Memorial Hospital 3 blocks, Notre Dame 2.5 miles, downtown 1/2 mile. 8 minutes to SB Airport and 80/90 Toll Road.

Had a really lovely stay at Ryan's place during Notre Dame's commencement weekend! I reserved this months in advance for this special weekend & from the beginning Ryan was an incredibly attentive host w great communication. The tinyhouse had everything we needed for our stay, including a skillet for tortillas ;-) . We were able to extend our stay an additonal night w no issues which was really appreciated. The neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood which we enjoyed taking evening walks in & youre only about 5-10 min from campus so getting around via your own transportation or ride share is pretty easy! Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away and really loved this house. The location was within 15 minutes to everything which was convenient. The house was homey, clean and well appointed. My husband loved the mattress in the primary bedroom. No complaints!

Definitely earning/maintaining Superhost credentials. Vonita went above and beyond to drop off a hair dryer after learning that the expected one was missing. The apartment was easily accessible and clean. Everything fit the description and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Plenty of clean linens. Garage parking was great. There were lots of special touches like bottles of water in the fridge and bags of tea and coffee available. Bedroom is outfitted nicely with a white noise machine. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. We walked around after a long drive. Very grateful to have found this warm and welcoming home away fro home during our Notre Dame visit. Many thanks!!

Stunning Remodeled 1-Bedroom

Stayed for 5 nights while attending a conference at ND – excellent location and easily walkable to the university. Quiet neighborhood, and a short walk for groceries, etc. The kitchen space is a highlight – well stocked with pots, pans, etc. for cooking at home and a nice stove/oven. Comfortable dining table area doubled as an office – plenty of space for two laptop setups and excellent wifi service. Living room area was perfect for reading as well – and lots of light in the front room. Great shower, water pressure, etc. – and the fan in the bedroom kept it cool for sleeping, even on a couple warmer nights. The outdoor space is a real perk – fire pit was very simple to use and a pleasant atmosphere with the outdoor lighting. A short ride from the Amtrak station, and convenient to both the university area and other points of interest in the city. Great communication from host, simple keypad access, and no difficulties at all during my time. Would absolutely stay here again!!
