The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. The first port on Lake Chiemsee in Seebruck is about 19 km away. Directly in the village is in approx. 400 meters away is a bakery and only 200 meters further, you can visit the animals of the Filmtierhof in Harpfing. With sufficient snow, the cross-country ski trail starts about 50 meters away from the property.
