We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Wonderful location, surrounded by nature, far from the chaos of the city, we really relaxed, reminiscent of typical Italian mountain houses, in the most niche areas. Spectacular!!!!

We spent our "honey moon" in the beautiful holiday home with Sabine. Sabine welcomed us so warmly and provided us with great information. The holiday home is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love. The location is outstanding. Directly on the Alpbach and only a few minutes' walk from Lake Tegernsee. Shopping is right across the street. Dear Sabine, we thank you for our unforgettable holiday 🤩

This was the most beautiful and best-equipped accommodation I have ever been to. Beautifully and lovingly furnished with great "extras" such as beautiful hand cream, etc. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and slowly start the day - a dream. Anja gave us great tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The surroundings and and scenery are truly spectacular. The house was beyond expectations. Very spacious and comfortable. I will stay here again when I return.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!

We had a great week with Katharina and her family! The accommodation was just as beautiful as in the photos – quietly located, with a wonderful garden to relax in. We especially liked the pool and the sauna, which was a highlight for my daughter. The many animals on the property were also great. Overall, a very relaxed and restful time - thank you!

The accommodation is lovingly furnished, clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is great :) quiet, but still central enough to reach everything well. Such an amazingly beautiful farmhouse in a gorgeous area of Tirol. We stayed here, teo families with small kids. Josef was super communicative and easy-going, always looking out for us. The kids had a great time simply “being kids”. Would love to come back again.

We were with the whole family (six in total, including my parents) in this beautiful accommodation and it was just great all around! The apartment is well equipped: everything you need is available, from a very good coffee machine to a fully equipped kitchen. The view is fantastic and invites you to relax in the morning. The spa area is particularly noteworthy: the sauna was a real highlight, modern, clean. It was also great that it was open until 9 or even 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small relaxation room after the sauna might have been the icing on the cake, but to be honest, we didn't really miss it. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, ideal for nature lovers and families who like to be active. All in all, an accommodation that we can fully recommend.

A beautiful apartment on the edge of Fuschl with a great view of the lake! We spent almost a week there with our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is in a quiet location and is the perfect starting point for various excursions in the region. Dog owners will love the green surroundings that invite you to take walks. Nearby is an old mill where you can get fresh, traditionally baked bread once a week by pre-order. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The house is located in an idyllic setting – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Everything was very well maintained and lovingly furnished, you can immediately tell that a lot of heart is put into the work here. Lisa and Max were simply great: despite many inquiries, they always took the time to support us in a friendly and helpful way. They were very eager to fulfill our every wish and made sure that we could feel completely comfortable. You rarely experience so much commitment and cordiality! We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirli was our highlight and already heated up and usable upon our arrival:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our hostess. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Hans-Dieter and Thordis are wonderful hosts. Always available, very friendly and considerate. I've never seen such a calm and well-behaved dog. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.
