Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays.

The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. Nelle vicinanze ci sono due campi da golf.
