There is a large drawing room with an open fire where guests are welcomed on arrival with tea or coffee & home baked cakes, or served in the garden on sunny days. There are walks in all directions from the door. Price includes breakfast: a variety of hot dishes, a good choice for vegetarians, & home made granola & jams.

Tannery House is a hidden gem set within private grounds, with Bakewell on your doorstep. A family home, and two very friendly dogs, Ziggy and Bounty. We will be around if you need us and happy to have a chat. All rooms are private en suite Breakfast is between 8.30 to 10.00am and is included in the price, Served at Avenue House our sister bnb. Views of Kinder Scout, exposed beams, a quiet location. The house is at the 'official start' of the Pennine Way, among a cluster of cottages of similar age. Log fires, antique furniture, paintings, William Morris, mature garden with Amdega Summer House, AGA cooked breakfasts, private parking, Wifi.
