Elton Guest House Family Suite

Elton Guest House is a former farm house lovingly restored by the current owner. Close to Matlock and Bakewell and attractions such as Chatsworth House. The grounds feature ample parking in our cobbled courtyard and an old lamp post and water pump on the frontage. The family suite consists of two bedrooms, one large bed sitter with a double and twin beds and a separate twin room and en suite bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price. Tannery House is a hidden gem set within private grounds, with Bakewell on your doorstep. A family home, and two very friendly dogs, Ziggy and Bounty. We will be around if you need us and happy to have a chat. Currently breakfast is available at Avenue House, a few mins walk away. Breakfast is between 8.30 to 10.00am and is included in the price.. Yeldwood Farm Cottage is a beautiful barn conversion on our farm, just outside Baslow. The self-catering cottage sleeps 2 guests, in a Super-King size (or Twin) master bedroom. The cottage comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bathroom with a large bath and shower. We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.

Edale Loft is a large studio space within a traditional 1850's Edale gritstone house, Peak District. Can be a double / family / friends. Includes private lounge & ensuite. Views of Kinder Scout, exposed beams, a quiet location. The house is at the 'official start' of the Pennine Way, among a cluster of cottages of similar age. I am located just 1 mile from the M1, and a 10 min drive to the M62. Its a 5 min drive from the Town centre, and just a 3 min walk to the closest bus stop. I have 3 cats, they are not allowed upstairs. Sorry breakfast is not provided. Please expect the cleanliness of a home not a hotel.
