Thanks to the well-equipped kitchen and the terrace in the countryside, an evening "at home" is also really fun.

Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, aber unser Hof ist bewirtschaftet und hier wird gearbeitet. Mit uns leben viele Hühner, Mutterkühe, Bienen und unsere zwei Labrador Mädls Caro & Maya die frei rumlaufen. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

This wonderful place has its very own charm. The old shoemaker's house has been lovingly renovated and partially rebuilt. Externally, the listed building remained as it had been built in 1878. However, the interiors of the house are adapted to contemporary needs and decorated in a modern country house style. On the ground floor are the kitchen, parlor and modern bathroom. On the first floor are the two bedrooms and the dressing room.
