In a quiet location, surrounded by greenery, a retreat awaits you far from the noise and hustle and bustle – with a sweeping view of nature and, on a clear day, all the way to the Chiemgau Alps. Here you won't hear anything except the chirping of birds and the gentle mooing of our Galloway cattle. Perfect for unwinding, taking a deep breath, and leaving everyday life behind.

Beautiful house with large partially covered feel-good terrace + many modern seating areas + cool campfire + garden house and small sandbox as well as toy tractor for the little ones on site. 3 different types of loungers and a hammock for relaxation. A kettle charcoal grill + 3 legs on site + barbecue utensils, etc. Charcoal does not have to/cannot always be on site! A sauna, hot tub (optionally bookable!) and air conditioning provide the necessary luxury! Consumables are only limited in the house!

Willkommen im Rottaler Ferienhaus FeWo Waldwinkel. Diese gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist Teil unseres Ferienhauses mit insgesamt drei liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnungen. Die kleine Wohnung „Waldwinkel“ begeistert mit modernem Charme, gemütlicher Atmosphäre und einer sonnigen Terrasse zum Abschalten und Genießen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist unsere Wellness-Lounge mit Badefass und Fass-Sauna (gegen Gebühr). Fotos wurden teilweise professionell bearbeitet (Licht/Farben optimiert).

Vision and pool - ideal for golf and wellness

The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Our listed Rottaler Vierseithof offers relaxation, coziness, fun and many opportunities for families, children and adults alike. Horseback riding, caring for animals, hayloft and so much more. Just be a kid and enjoy the moment. The pool offers time to swim and relax, especially in summer. The outdoor sauna gives a little wellness flair. In case of bad weather, extra room with cinema, table soccer & billiards, kitchen and seating Sauna for a fee Relaxation & Freedom

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Prühmühle: Residential and event house on the water

The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.
