We welcome you to this 40 square meter apartment located on the ground floor of a detached house in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, at the entrance to the Noble Valley, on the Alsace Wine Route, 15 minutes from the most beautiful Christmas markets, 40 minutes from the ski slopes, 15 minutes from Colmar, 20 minutes from Mulhouse, 40 minutes from Basel-Mulhouse airport and about 1 hour from Europa-Park! Shops are a 5-minute drive from the property (supermarket, bakery, restaurant etc.)

It measures 50 m², it can accommodate 1 to 4 people. Pets welcome! You will have a bedroom with 1 double bed of 1.60 m and a closet, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Flat screen TV and free WiFi. Its name Lô-Bin-Ïa comes from its source which flows next to the chalet. And it is in this sweetness that we want to welcome you. You will have access to downhill and cross-country ski trails, lakes and waterfalls less than 1/2 hour from the chalet. Many hiking trails are present around the chalet.
