Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Het Voorhuis van onze rijksmonumentale boerderij is gerenoveerd tot een volledig luxe suite met eigen voorzieningen. De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust

De Notenkraker: sfeervol voorhuis boerderij

Aan één van de mooiste landelijke weggetjes net buiten het dorp Sint Jansklooster ligt de gerenoveerde bultrugboerderij uit 1667. Het voorhuis van de boerderij hebben wij ingericht als sfeervol verblijf voor 2 gasten die gesteld zijn op rust en privacy. Het comfortabel ingerichte voorhuis heeft een eigen ingang . U heeft de beschikking over 2 kano’s en een heren- en damesfiets. De vele fiets-, wandel- en kanoroutes laten u het Nationaal Park Weerribben-Wieden in alle jaargetijden beleven.

Picturesque places like Hasselt, Genemuiden, Vollenhove and Sint Jansklooster are nearby, as well as the authentic Hanseatic cities of Zwolle and Kampen!

Het stalhuis is een (Tiny) huisje, gedeeltelijk gebouwd in de oude kapschuur. Je slaapt daardoor bijna letterlijk in de paardenstal!! Het huisje biedt privacy en heeft een eigen terras (ook overdekt). Je terras grenst aan een wei-tje waar paarden kunnen staan. Als je wilt kun ook je eigen paard meenemen en bij ons stallen (binnen en/of buiten). Nieuwleusen ligt in het vechtdal met dorpjes als Dalfsen en Ommen. Het centrum van Zwolle is een kwartiertje rijden, Giethoorn een half uurtje.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Staying at the farm, who wouldn't want that? Discover the countryside. Enjoy the space and tranquility. Nice wooden little basic house, under the oak trees, with a cozy interior. In this area you can walk and cycle, such as "het Reestdal" and "het Staphorsterbos". In the area there are entrepreneurs who sell local products at home. The places Balkbrug and Nieuwleusen are 5 km away with basic facilities. Larger places nearby are Zwolle, Meppel, Dalfsen and Ommen.

Aan de rand van National Park Weerribben-Wieden, ligt ons aan de weilanden gelegen vakantiehuis. Genieten van natuur en stilte, maar ook een perfecte uitvalbasis om de Weerribben-Wieden te verkennen. De plaatsjes Kalenberg, Blokzijl, Giethoorn en Dwarsgracht bevinden zich op fietsafstand. Of huur een bootje om vanaf het water de Weerribben te bekijken.

Ons gezellige, karakteristieke achterhuis met een oppervlakte van maar liefst 120m2 is onderdeel van een rietgedekte woonboerderij uit 1862. Het heeft een eigen entree en volop privacy. Er is een prachtige grote woonkamer met eiken balken en vide. Hiervandaan heb je een schitterend weids uitzicht over de achtergelegen weilanden.
