Le tarif est tout frais compris (électricité, eau, chauffage, linge de maison, produits douche, ménagers, Wi fi, parking, poubelle.) Nous disposons aussi un 2 ème appartement indépendant et privé: "Les Oliviers" de 35 m2 avec terrasse privative au pied de son escalier colimaçon.

Ideal for one person but may be suitable for two people (short-term). Free parking is available in front of the building, the bus stop is also right in front. My place is close to Verdun (25 km), Belgium (30 km), Verdun Battlefield (15 minutes)... The room is ideal for a family of 4. The entrance (through the garden) is independent. The bedroom area consists of 2 spaces separated by a partition: a double bed and, on a platform, 2 single beds. In the veranda, you can eat (fridge, microwave, kettle) and watch TV. Breakfast is included in the price. No parking problems!
