It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. In the quiet place in town Rovinj is fully and new equipped studio apartment with another apartment further. It is simple, but practically furnished with covered terrace which overlooks at the street. It is at the second floor of the house.This apartment is only a few meters (5 minutes) by walk to the beautiful sandy and rocky beaches and about 20minutes to walk to the city center.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walking from the pedesitran area and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Guests have access to two swimming pools. Room is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the pools. It has a private bathroom and terrace. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and water kettle.
