Located in a rural area away from main roads and adjacent woodland but also within a few miles of Forest Row and East Grinstead. For those wanting a more active break there are countryside walks straight from the door, use of a shared fitness room and tennis court. Alternatively, the area has several National Trust houses, beautiful gardens and the Ashdown Forest to explore. A car is essential! The cottage is well equipped and furnished to a good standard, as seen in the photos.

The Old Stables, Dovecote Farm

The Old Stables is a self contained two bedroom, detached annexe with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. A perfect place to stay while discovering the Forest and all its' walks, including Pooh Sticks Bridge, Friends Clump and all the other locations in the Winnie the Pooh books. The Old Stables is self catering, with a small kitchenette with microwave, two pan hob, fridge and coffee machine. If required we are able to provide a welcome pack of essentials at an extra cost.

This quaint, recently refurbished self-catered holiday home is hidden amongst the winding gardens of Salomons Estate. Relax and unwind in your own slice of rural paradise as you experience the estate’s fascinating history. Once belonging to the estate’s gardening staff in 1890, Honeysuckle has been beautifully restored to reflect its unique history. Enjoy original features, lots of light and historical charm all topped with heaps of modern comfort.

It's beautifully decorated with a touch of rustic charm, perfect as a home away from home. The sunny southwest facing garden is accessed through French doors leading out from the dining area. Free street parking for one car. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO PARKING SPACE ON PROPERTY.

Small but perfect! A beautifully renovated studio apartment in the heart of Brockley. A one minute walk to the train and overground station. Coffee shops, restaurants and a pub on your doorstep. A king sized bed (150cm x 200cm) and black out blinds to give you a great night's sleep. From Brockley station it is 9 minutes to London Bridge, 20 minutes to Shoreditch, 30 minutes to Oxford Street and 40 minutes to Gatwick.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.
