This unique accommodation is located on a quiet street in the immediate vicinity of the historic city center of Dol de Bretagne. This is a former cabinetmaker's shop, completely renovated with excellent service. Mont Saint-Michel, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinard and Dinan are about 20 minutes from this picturesque little town. You will enjoy the shops on the main street, the diverse Saturday morning market and the breathtaking view of Mont-Dol over the bay of Mont Saint-Michel.

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

Bienvenue à «La Mongatelais » Réservez d'ores et déjà votre séjour dans cette charmante et spacieuse maison dans un endroit paisible. La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personne. Notre maison dispose d'une terrasse et d'un grand terrain, sur lequel vos enfants pourront s'amuser en sécurité et dans le calme, il est partagé avec notre 2eme gîte, mais les terrasses sont séparées. Notre logement est idéalement situé proche de Saint-Malo, Dinan et du Mont Saint-Michel.

Après avoir découvert la baie et ses élevages de moules et d'huîtres (à cinq minutes), vous pourrez découvrir le Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo ou Cancale, à une vingtaine de minutes du gîte. Le soir venu, vous profiterez du soleil breton en terrasse !

For a stay in a green and very quiet setting. Fully equipped kitchen, nice garden area overlooking a small pond. Barbecue for summer and fireplace for winter (wood provided). Ideally located for many tourist circuits (Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Dinan, Cancale, Dinard...). For the youngest, they can enjoy the leisure center of the Villecartier forest (tree climbing, mini boat ride...).

This 30 m2 studio on the ground floor offers easy access to all amenities and the train station. It is located at the back of a building on the shopping street. Simply open the door to access the shops and the Saturday morning market! From Dol de Bretagne, a small town of medieval character, there are many possible visits: Cancale 19 km, Saint Malo 25 km, Mont Saint Michel 30 km.
