25 m² 3-star studio, on the first floor of our detached house, with private entrance via exterior staircase. Perfectly equipped kitchen: induction stove, combined oven/microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker & Dolce-Gusto coffee machine. Toilet area with shower. Separate toilet. Dressing room and storage. Guests can enjoy the garden where table and chairs are available. Located close to the city center and 5 min to the train station. Parking is available in front of the house.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

At 3 km, you can reach the shingle for walks, shore fishing or swimming at high tide!

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

The accommodation is ideally located: only 25 km from Saint-Malo and Mont-Saint-Michel, 20 km from Cancale and 30 km from Dinard. On the 2nd floor of a house (no elevator), it consists of a kitchen/dining room, a living/bedroom, a shower room and a toilet. Within walking distance, you will find all amenities (bakery, grocery store, shops, tobacco bar).

Love nature or animals? Come and recharge your batteries in our pretty Breton house located in the heart of an equestrian center. Ideally located 15min from St Malo and 35min from Mont Saint Michel, close to 2x2 lanes. Pets are allowed and welcome. Possibility of horse pensions or to enjoy the services of the equestrian center (walks, classes...) Lodging well-equipped and comfortable. Be careful, linens and towels are extra!

Gîtes-SPA la nacre (Mont Dol)

Our SPA cottage is located near Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale and Saint-Malo. The nearest city center is Dol de Bretagne, 5 minutes away. The SPA is optional, it includes a jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. The accommodation is accessible for people with limited mobility. The cottage is composed of 3 independent houses, surrounded by nature. La Nacre is the house on the right in the cover photo.

In our accommodation you can enjoy a peaceful and spacious stay for your whole family. Our house has a terrace and a large plot, where your children can have fun safely and quietly. The land is shared with our 2nd cottage, but the terraces are separate. Our accommodation is conveniently located close to Saint-Malo, Dinan and Mont Saint-Michel.
