Profitez du jardin ou découvrez le charme du Golfe du Morbihan, ses plages, îles, sentiers côtiers ainsi que les villes de Vannes, Auray, … Et si le temps est frais, profitez du poêle dans la soirée. Je serai ravie de vous accueillir, vous présenter les lieux et partager quelques bonnes adresses locales.

The pond cottage

Dans un lieu préservé, à 5 mn du Golfe du Morbihan, charmant chalet au bord d'un étang en pleine nature. Rustique mais confortable : - chauffage par poêle à bois - linge de lit et de toilette - douche, toilettes sèches - produits ménagers et de toilette biodégradables Vous accédez au parc boisé, aux équipements communs (barques, boulodrome, ...) et aux équipements partagés : piscine (chauffée en saison) et sauna (avec supplément). Animal de compagnie : 30€ Ménage optionnel : 40€.

Prestations haut de gamme, décoration soignée, volets intérieurs bois, Linge de maison (lits faits + serviettes) compris dans le tarif. 2 caméras de télésurveillance (cour et hall d'entrée). Pas de parking disponible pour le moment

Studio with parking, quiet, near the port

This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

Idéalement situé à 10 mns des plages, du centre historique et du port de Vannes, que vous soyez vacancier, de passage pour le travail, en formation ou en alternance, notre appartement saura vous ravir par sa situation au calme et son espace intérieur. Arrêts de bus, commerces (zones commerciales très proches) et un accès rapide à la rocade de Vannes viennent compléter ses atouts. 2 places de parking privatives sont situées devant l'appartement.

Completely refurbished, this small house located in an old fishing village in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, will seduce you with its proximity to the sea and its many hiking trails: discover the nature reserve, Port Anna, the islands... Accommodation for two people, designed for you to have a pleasant time.

The Île d'Arz lodge

Charming little traditional lodge, completely renovated. This cozy little nest nestled in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, welcomes you with all the comforts you need for a solo or couple getaway. The interior is designed "like in a boat" and an adjoining garden is available to eat or rest in the hammock. Located in the middle of Bourg, on a small quiet square, shops and most beaches are within walking distance.

Large studio in the historic heart of Vannes

Studio located on the 3rd floor of an 18th century mansion in the historic and pedestrian center of Vannes. Atypical, bright, very quiet and renovated. Close to the Cathedral, the port, the market (Wednesday and Saturday), the Halles des Lices, many restaurants (to discover the specialties of the region) and all shops, finally everything is combined to make your stay unforgettable.

Charming accommodation with a small terrace where you can enjoy breakfast facing the rising sun and a view of the Gulf. You will only have a few minutes' walk to go for a swim in the sea and enjoy yourself in the nearby creperies and restaurants. Not to mention the coastal trail (full tour 24 km) on which you will enjoy the beauty of this pearl of the Gulf.

I offer my fisherman's cabin-style house, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, with stunning 180° views of the Gulf, along the coastal trail (GR 34) in a quiet cul-de-sac. Shops, restaurants, marina and thalassotherapy 5 km away. Your pets are welcome and will also enjoy a fenced 800 m² plot.

Small fisherman's house completely renovated in 2018 with neat decor. It has a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave, freezer above the fridge. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a baby cot. There is a toilet upstairs. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet.
