Small house full of charm (cocooning atmosphere) in the heart of the village of St-Armel, fully equipped (Wi-Fi - dishwasher - oven - microwave - connected TV - barbecue) 2 steps from the Gulf of Morbihan The coastal trails, at the end of the street, lead to the GR34, the salt marshes, Tascon Island, the small port of the St-Armel passage. You will have an equipped kitchen, sitting area, mezzanine sleeping area and large wooden terrace. The entrance is on the street side by an interior staircase.

Welcome to our small studio (ground floor) located at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Vannes. The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

Combining the charm of old stones and lime plaster, the warmth of wood and the character of steel, our accommodation also offers all the comforts of modernity.
