Dans un lieu préservé, à 5 mn du Golfe du Morbihan, charmant chalet au bord d'un étang en pleine nature. Rustique mais confortable : - chauffage par poêle à bois - linge de lit et de toilette - douche, toilettes sèches - produits ménagers et de toilette biodégradables Vous accédez au parc boisé, aux équipements communs (barques, boulodrome, ...) et aux équipements partagés : piscine (chauffée en saison) et sauna (avec supplément). Animal de compagnie : 30€ Ménage optionnel : 40€.

Très belle vue sur le golfe du Morbihan(vue directe sur l'ile d'Arz et l'ile aux moines). Accès immédiat(100 m) aux sentiers pédestres côtiers et à la plage avec possibilité de location de kayaks. Proximité des pistes cyclables . Place de parking au pied du logement. Petite supérette/ Bar avec dépôt de pain ,Pub , vente directe à la ferme à 1 km.

Two rooms on foot from the beaches and the village

Two 42 m2 rooms on the 2nd and last floor, within walking distance of the village, beaches and coastal trails. It is composed of: - a living room with balcony, sofa bed and dining area, - a separate bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm, - a separate kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, - a bathroom with shower and toilet. The building does not have an elevator. Only two people can fit on the balcony.

This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.
