The climbing forest and the flyline on the Unternberg offer additional adventure. Grocery stores, butchers, bakeries, restaurants and the train station are 15 minutes walking or 3 minutes away by car. Ruhpolding is also the perfect starting point for numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area.

The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. Our apartment is 3 minutes walk from the Traunsteiner train station, in a quiet location, as well as 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shops for everyday needs are also a few minutes away. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed and single bed, which when not used, can be used as a sofa; small kitchen with all necessary utensils...if you need something and it is not there, just let us know

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
