Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ruidoso Downs

My wife and I enjoy our stay at the Mountain air cabins we surely recommend this place if ur looking for a place to relax and enjoy the natures but at the same time feel like ur home! Thank you Mountain air cabins for making our stay and excellent experience.

First Air BNB I have rented. The place was perfect! It was as described and did not disappoint a family vacation. The location and scenery in the mountains was just amazing. Everyone really enjoyed this cabin. I would also have the say the hosts were amazing. There were no problems on this trip, but they were proactive and checked in several times to ensure everything was satisfactory. Could not have a picked a better cabin, nor better hosts!! Thank you!!!!

Had an amazing stay in the Jesse James cabin. perfect size for my wife and I. Scenery was beautiful, felt right at home, and the hot tub under the stars was perfect. Only thing I would say is that the road is quite steep going up to the cabin and while two wheel drive is manageable, i HIGHLY recommend using four wheel drive. Which is noted in the description. I would definitely rent this cabin again.

Angie was very thoughtful and offered to move us if needed due to possible flood warnings. We appreciate that so much. She communicated with us closely, and was available at all times. We will be staying with Cozy Cabins when we come back.

This cabin was so cozy and felt like home. My kids absolutely loved the area . It is literally a 2 minute walk and your downtown! The yard was our absolute favorite with the hot tub and the huge patio. On the deck is also just as magical being able to grill and look out to see the stream. The retro vibe in the cabin was so cute! Super clean space! The host was very helpful and friendly as well. My family and I will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy condo! The space was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was quiet but still close to restaurants and shops. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

I want to start my review by saying if you leave anything less than 5 stars, the issue is YOU. LOL, in all seriousness this is honestly the first time my family and I used the AirBnb app, and let me say the moment I pulled into our “cabin community” we knew we were right at home. Sure you have neighbors but when on your patio you still have great privacy to smoke or just take in the beautiful outdoors. We stayed in wonderful cabin 14 and the only thing we didn’t like is when we had to leave Ha!! IT WAS GREAT!! Tracy and Mike take great care and pride in these cabins , and it shows …with the couple of request I had Tracy answered so quick and had a solution so it continued to make my vacation a breeze. Anytime we find ourselves on this side of the map we know where we are booking! Thank you Tracy and Mike see yall soon!!

Had a wonderful stay at Mike & Monica’s cabin for New Years. Home was as advertised in a popular area, clean, easy to access, and had a great rustic feel. Beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Kitchen well stocked. Easy and clear directions for check out. We also really appreciated the manual emailed to us about recommendations for Ruidoso. It was very peaceful and just what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, nice location not to far from everything but neither too close too lose the wood feeling. Maybe a little outdated and may benefit from some renewals but noth8ng crazy. Definitely a recommended place to stay with family, safe and with fenomenal surroundings.

Great place for the family and kids. Lots for the kids to do and plenty of games for everyone. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location being just a few turns from the downtown shopping center was convenient for the family to do a bit of snacking and shopping.

The cabin was a great place to stay. Michele and Jim we're very helpful and quick to answer all our questions. They we're able to accommodate to our needs with short notice. Best of all, the views from the deck are great!

Thomas reached out as soon as I booked on the day of letting me know he would have the place clean and ready to go by check in. He beat expectations and we were able to check in early, into the perfect, absolutely clean/spotless condo for my son and I. We loved the place, location, and all the amenities surrounding the condo. We played golf, pickleball, tennis, and fished for hours and never had to leave the place. It was perfect and we can not wait to get back!

We were in town for a softball tournament and this house was perfect. Great view easy access to front door to unload. The house was clean and quiet! We will definitely be back next year.
