The non-smoking apartment is generously equipped with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and ceramic hob + oven and fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with natural light, shower and bathtub, hairdryer, bathroom scale. Bedroom with two single beds (100 × 200 cm each). In the rear, partially separated area of the living room there is also a double bed. TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi.

The cottage is located in the center of Rumersheim le Haut in an Alsatian house. The apartment of 90m2 can accommodate a couple with two children and possibility of two extra people. Located 30min from Colmar and 20min from Mulhouse and close to the German border (10min). The accommodation is 10 minutes from the Fessenheim nuclear power plant and 10 minutes from the SOLVAY / BUTACHIMIE plant.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor of a 2-family house and is located on the outskirts directly in front of the vineyards of Südbaden. In the immediate vicinity there are three other residential buildings with several residential units. Together we are founding a small, intergenerational residential project.
