Newly-built cottage in Spjuterum on eastern Öland. With 4 beds and its own small terrace. Rented for a maximum of 3 nights. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower. Upper floor (quite steep stairs) with small double bed and sofa bed in the living room. Duvets and pillows are available, bring your own bed linens and towels. Final cleaning is done by the tenant before departure. Pet-free and smoke-free. The cottage is located on the plot next to our house. Located in the middle of Öland, perfect if you want to explore the whole island.

Also to nice swimming areas and bird sanctuaries. Between the cabin and the sea, it is a walk of about 30-40 minutes and about 3 km. Perfect walk or jog. The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here, it's so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

At the back of the house, there is a private, secluded place for lovely barbecue evenings and relaxation. It is about 20 km to the ferry port and 30 km to Borgholm. We live about 4 km from Bjärbybadet, a nice and popular sandy beach. There are also many other beaches nearby. Welcome to Öland! One double bed and two rooms with single beds. Living room upstairs. Huset har 12v el så det går att ladda digital utrustning men inte köra tex hårtork eller microvågsugn.

Access to hot tub, bikes and barbecue. Here, four-legged family members are also welcome if they are on a leash. Bed linens, towels and bathrobe are included. Cleaning is done by the guest. The hosts have cats. Air conditioning is in the bedroom.

This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
