We had a lovely weekend stay at Chantelle’s place. A problem with the boiler was fixed within minutes of us contacting Chantelle which was great. The best thing about the property was the fantastic central location, and the courtyard was a lovely place for breakfast in the sun.

Annex was great - everything we needed ... even milk in the fridge ! Very spacious downstairs. Edward really helpful & quick to respond. Great location if visiting Holme Pierre Point Watersports Centre. Would stay again !

Susan is the best host! Lovely and thoughtful welcome amenities provided for our group, bumblebee barn is so homely, we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend

We had a great 7-night stay, the house was spotless, fresh, and just like the listing. There's a lovely little park right outside, and a supermarket and 24-hour fast food just a short walk away. Suport convenient and quiet, we felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again.

A comfortable, calm space for a short stay with our two dogs. The garden was perfect for what turned out to be very hot weather. Plenty of shade and seclusion.

We had a great stay at Paul's house. We found everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The house is very well equipped and the surroundings are peaceful. There was always space to park in front of the house. The weather was warm, so we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden full of flowers. Paul was always proactive and very responsive whenever we needed anything. We totally recommend staying at his place!

Joe and Fiona were very friendly. The place was warm and cosy and nicely furnished. Super veranda to sit out, with lovely views. Excellent WiFi. We felt very welcome. Thank you for a great visit.

We had a lovely time, even in winter when the rain was pouring! It's cosy and clean, close to Rutland water if you want to visit. I'm originally from Rutland and we were visiting family, it's a short journey to Oakham, Uppingham, Rutland water, close to amenities. It was great to have the dog with us and our 5-year-old. We will be booking again!

Outstanding in every way. This cottage is worth more than 5* it simply cannot be beat. We have been to a lot of nice properties but Richard and Jo have made this property and their 16 acre land simply beautiful. Very nice people as well.

Joanna was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Quick responses and very clear instructions on arrival. The apartment was absolutely beautiful with amazing views across Rutland Water. We had a wonderful stay at Annabel’s and will definitely be going back asap! It was perfectly peaceful with gorgeous surroundings and was even better than the pictures! The pool was much bigger than we thought and was such a joy to have, the decking area was huge with stunning views and the garden truly magical! This was great value for money! Annabel was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly and the animals were all very friendly too! The cats didn’t come to close though as we had our dog, who had a dream just roaming free! Thanks Annabel, be back soon !

Great chalet. Fantastic views. Christopher very helpful and responds to questions very quickly. We will definitely return if we need to stay in the area again.

As a hen party of 12, we had an amazing long weekend at Sally's house. There was safe and ample parking for all the whole group and we were blown away by the surroundings. The views were gorgeous and we had a lovely walk round the nearby fields and public footpaths to a great local pub. The house was spotless, and more stunning than the photos. The house felt like a home whilst also feeling luxurious and everyone loved their rooms and the communal areas. The house had so many thoughtful touches and we especially enjoyed the easy to use hot tub. Massive thank you to Sally for being a great host - responsive, helpful and allowing us early check in to decorate for the bride too. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay at the Coffin Maker's Cottage. We were attending a wedding in Nottingham and then an evening event nearby so this was really convenient for both. Beautiful accommodation as described in a beautiful peaceful setting. We met the owners who were very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

Couldn't recommend this more, it was exactly what we were hoping for! The whole place was tastefully appointed, spotless, organised and spacious - and with a lovely view of the city to boot. I've never used the keyless entry method utilised here before, but it was seamless and quite impressive! Big recommend for anyone looking for a stay in the city.

We had a wonderful week at Hen House. It was a lovely, comfortable place and had everything we needed. The house and surrounding area are beautiful and so peaceful. Couldn’t wish for more. And our hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely stunning place, decorated beautifully. The hot tub was great as was the bbq area! Sauna also looked great but we didn’t get to use that as we ran out of time. Raffaele was also really accommodating and responding really quickly to any messages. We came for my fiances 30th birthday weekend and it was just perfect, highly recommend!

Me and my mum stayed here with her small dachshund dog. It was a perfect little place to stay right in the centre Sherwood. It had everything we needed, the bed and sofa bed were comfy and the place felt very homey so we settled right in. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the place to anyone wanting a central place in Sherwood and close to Nottingham city centre.

Nice location in a quiet neighbourhood and very comfortable accommodation with excellent facilities and a nice private garden area with a bench for al fresco dining/drinks if the weather allows! Handy for Bullington Road tram stop to the station / city (10 mins easy walk) and there are bus services to Trent Bridge or the football grounds within a 15 mins stroll. Decent Co-op nearby on Farnborough Road and there is a good traffic free walking /running route up to the River Trent (2 miles or so) using the path by tram line. A lovely week and would recommend for couples or small families.
