Our apartment is an idyllic, peaceful location on a south-facing slope and offers a 40m² terrace with a unique 180°-view of the entire Tennengebirge mountains and the Lammertal valley. The loft-like living space is flooded with sunlight and brings the unique mountain panorama to the fore. The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer. A desk for workation stays and a fully automatic coffee machine are available.

Our brand-new, tranquil 40 m² apartment is within walking distance of the centre of Strobl and Lake Wolfgang. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, stove, dishwasher), children cots, air condition, a washing machine with a dryer, a towel radiator, a bathtub for a relaxing bath, and a garage parking space. For your entertainment or home office needs, we have a Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi.

Quaint ambiance to feel good. Whether as a couple, with family or with friends - our cottage is ideally equipped for self-catering. The cross-country ski trail starts right behind the garden and the ski lift is a 10-minute walk. From there you can enjoy the Dachstein-West-Gosau ski resort. You can get absolute peace of mind while sweating in the barrel sauna. The Gosaukamm as a backdrop does the rest. There are two fireplaces in the house, which further emphasize the cozy atmosphere.

Cozy, newly built house in a quiet location for 2 - 6 people with wonderful views of the mountains of the Salzkammergut in the immediate vicinity of Lake Hallstatt. Ideally located, central starting point for all activities in the heart of the Hallstatt - Dachstein/Salzkammergut World Heritage Region. World-famous places and sights such as Hallstatt, the imperial city of Bad Ischl, St. Wolfgang, as well as the Ausseerland can be reached by car in approx. 15 minutes.

Luxurious chalet in Murau near Kreischberg ski resort

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.

The apartment offers you a kitchen with a wood-burning stove and dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate toilet, as well as a garden with a terrace and a parking space. The property is 2.7 km from Rußbach and the Hornspitz cable car. The nearest supermarket is in Abtenau (8 km away). The nearest restaurant is 1.4 km away. No smoking inside the property.

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!
