The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

Located halfway between Strasbourg and Colmar (30 km), you will be 11 km from Europa-Park. Our family-friendly apartment can accommodate 4 guests. In the 1st bedroom there is a box spring bed, a wardrobe and a smart TV. The 2nd double bed can be found on our cozy sleeping loft. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Here, too, there is a smart TV. The large terrace invites you to linger. A parking place is available.
