It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

⛴️ 0.4 miles from the ferry, Castle Copse Annexe is a lovely compact modern self catering property situated in a quiet housing estate and named after the small copse, a few minutes walk away. Walk through the copse, and it will lead you to the town centre, where you will find shops, cafe's, pharmacies, and supermarkets. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach & crossing to Cowes. The annexe is only suitable for a max of 2 persons and unsuitable for small children due to the stairs, & sofa layout.

There is space to park a car off the road. There is a local village centre and more shops at larger local centres in Fareham and Whiteley. There is no washing machine or dryer in the property but guests can use the facilities in the main house.
