What a beautiful place! Kathy was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip, she is awesome! The house was incredible, comfortable living room, clean kitchen, amazing bedroom, and a nice yard. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a weekend getaway trip, it was worth it!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home with our extended family, including a total of 6 adults and 5 kids. We had two additional adults spend one night, there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a group of our size. The location is unbeatable, right on Drakes Island Beach, with incredible views and direct access to the sand. While we didn’t go in the water, we spent plenty of time relaxing on the beach, walking along the shore, and enjoying the peaceful setting. The home was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The large deck and open living spaces gave us plenty of room to spend time together and unwind. This was a perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway, and we’d absolutely return again. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic long weekend stay at this beautiful home with my daughters! The location is perfect, tucked in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood just a short walk to a lovely beach and close to the ocean. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. One of our favorite parts was the deck, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail after a day at the beach. Lawrence was a great host, always quick to respond and helpful with any questions. If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable getaway near the NH coast, this place checks all the boxes. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The view is even better than the photo’s show! The place is peaceful and relaxing. Being able to have a short walk to the lobster pound was a bonus and it was delicious. Very nice grocery store near by that has prepared meals and amazing meats and seafood. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Scott had great recommendations and was always fast to respond. I would stay here again for sure!

Comfortable stay with all the amenities needed. Location is great for walking to downtown or driving to beaches. Enjoyed sitting in the backyard. Location and house were great for young children. We appreciated the child friendly amenities too! Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Our second year at this wonderful cottage and we look forward to coming back soon. We love the location….its so close to Rye beach where we walk daily. The cottage is always immaculate and has all of the amenities that you could possibly want. David and Pat are wonderful hosts…always available and helpful.

We loved our family time in Rye, no surprises, as we expected. Great space to sprawl out for our 2 families, totaling 7 adults. Great indoor and outdoor space, excellent access to local beaches, restaurants, services. A beautiful stay! Thank you!

Joyce was quite responsive to my questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plum Island has always been a favorite of ours, but the drive is long (2 hours without traffic). Getting to stay overnight, enjoy the sunsets and sunrises, easy walk to the beach, and a short drive to town made for a delightful stay. Joyce has put a lot of thought into every detail of the place....from the decor to the amenities....whether in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, laundry, etc. We can't wait to come back again!

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night and it was everything we hoped it would be! Carol was an excellent host and a great communicator. The place was very clean and quiet. The location was priceless with a beautiful view of the water. We were within walking distance of everything we needed: shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. We would highly recommend Carol’s place and look forward to coming back!

Loved our stay! The airbnb is located above a restaurant, so parking in the assigned spaces can be a bit tricky if you arrive at night, but still no issues as we parked in a restaurant spot until we could move the cars later. The location is great, walkable to town and the cliff walk. The inside was more spacious than we anticipated from the photos and it was so nicely decorated! Would definitely come back! The side door was a bit tricky to lock, so I’d recommend only opening if you plan to use the little porch area with the full wall opened up.

Bev was fantastic. She is really sweet and friendly. Her home is pristine and she focuses on small details with supplies one may easily forget to bring. Her patio is beautifully decorated at night. It was quiet and comfortable. The apartment is spacious but if you are having more than 1 guest in each bed, I would recommend using the air mattress for extra space, as the double beds are a tight fit for 2. I would definitely stay here again!

Brian’s place was absolutely beautiful and so sweet. In the most peaceful area and very close to Nubble lighthouse and other gorgeous landmarks. It felt like a true local experience being in the location it was. Upon my arrival, it was incredibly clean and spotless. 10/10!

Great place, and great location! Central to everything Newburyport has to offer, and surrounding beaches! Very clean, and stayed cool even in the heat advisory!

It was great staying at Elizabeth's place! Very clean Airbnb nestled in Hampton. Short 15 minute drive to get to Phillips Exeter for parents or alumni visiting. Very comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with all the amenities you could need including soap, body wash, conditioner, and towels. Would definitely stay here again when I am in the area! Elizabeth was very responsive. She helped me out during a freak blackout that occurred even though she was all the way in California at the time. I really appreciate her help!

Great stay

We loved our stay here, perfect location and a clean and comfortable stay! Lots to do in Portsmouth and the surrounding area and especially lots of great places nearby to eat. Convenient to have 2 parking spots and to be right next to a great restaurant! Well hope to be back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Monik’s condo. She was a very responsive host. The place was just as it looked in the pictures and was very clean. We loved being able to walk across the street to go the beach and we rode our bikes all over town. I would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Hampton.

This place was amazing with a beautiful view of the ocean. Very quiet and away from the boardwalk. I would stay again next time with some better weather… overall it was very peaceful enjoying the ocean waves.

Was a great stay, location was amazing and very peaceful, the unit was very clean with nice amenities. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Location was absolutely perfect! Directly across the street from the beach and walkable distance to Hampton Beach main strip. The studio set up was perfect for us and our 16 month old, however, I can imagine it being a bit small for a larger family. Definitely will be visiting this area again in the future! Wendy & Mark were great hosts - everything was clean and exactly as expected. Highly recommend.
