Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rye

"Extraordinary Architectural Masterpiece" pretty much sums up the apartment. Nice open spaces with elegant lighting and design touches throughout. Lots of windows ensured it was bright and offered great views of the city (often made possible by an abundance of parking lots close by - this is a good thing!). We were able to walk to a number of great restaurants, none of which were more than 10 minutes on foot. Likewise, the ferry to Peaks Island is an easy walk (and worth the trip, particularly if you rent a bike which is super easy). Alice was super responsive when I reached out with questions and updates on timing. So all good and glad we stayed there!

We had a wonderful four days on Plum Island. It has been a special place for me and my wife throughout our life together and discovering Joyce's rental makes it likely we will return soon again to enjoy all the island and Newburyport continues to offer. She was wonderful as a host and the apartment was exceptional.

This was the perfect place to stay in Ipswich! Clean, beautifully furnished, and easy walking distance to town. Will definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay! The airbnb is located above a restaurant, so parking in the assigned spaces can be a bit tricky if you arrive at night, but still no issues as we parked in a restaurant spot until we could move the cars later. The location is great, walkable to town and the cliff walk. The inside was more spacious than we anticipated from the photos and it was so nicely decorated! Would definitely come back! The side door was a bit tricky to lock, so I’d recommend only opening if you plan to use the little porch area with the full wall opened up.

Bev is an amazing host, she reached out before check in so that we knew what to expect the day of. Super friendly! Not only did the place match the photos but it is good quality furniture in the home. The home was stocked well, and had a surprising amount of things you would normally forget. Amazing time... definitely would go back.

Stayed alone for a week and it was very nice. The surrounding area had lots of neighbors/ people walking around w their dog or family or just going for a jog felt very safe. I had some issues with the wifi but Travis responded within 30 minutes and helped me with it. The only thing is that the walls are thin so you can hear almost everything but besides that everything else was very nice!

Loved the house , close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Would love to stay there again!

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

My family and I stayed while attending a wedding in Exeter. The house was spotless, Lots of space, quiet neighborhood, all the necessary amenities, very inviting Bob provided great communication. We had a great very relaxing stay.

My sister and I had a great long weekend at Aaron's place. Aaron communicated well and proactively warned us about a slow sink in the bathroom. The apartment was lovely - adorable and sweet and in an amazing location - walkable to lots of good food, drinks, a cafe, and downtown Portsmouth. Can't beat the location! Aaron also had great suggestions of places to eat and drink. Everything was as described - if you are worried about open staircases - don't stay here. Also - think about bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper - the music and conversation from The Corner Pub carried into the bedrooms at night.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Heidi's home. She was an exemplary host from the beginning to the very end -- always responsive, flexible, and very helpful. She knew we were going to be arriving at nighttime, and that there would be construction going on nearby with exit closures. She took time to provide detailed instructions on how to get around those closures which alternated between two exists every night from 7pm-7am. This is their real home, so when you enter, you feel like you have entered your home away from home. Everything in the house is not just clean, but spotless. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings are just gorgeous -- especially the sunroom, which is like something out of a dream. We even saw some wild turkeys at a distance in the backyard! Of all the Airbnbs we have stayed at, this was by far the nicest and the most memorable. Thanks so much, Heidi and Dennis.

Beautiful house right near the beach and local restaurants. Everything was in walking distance. Our host Alexander was very friendly, and was quick to respond to all messages. He even provided us with some great places to eat. House was very clean and comfortable. Will be 1000% booking again! 5 ⭐️

We truly enjoyed our stay! Home is charming, everything was very clean and is a great place to bring your furry family member (yard is completely fenced in). Downtown Portsmouth is only ~1 mile away - so many great restaurants and shops nearby. No complaints - hoping to return again one day.

Had the most amazing stay in this beautifully restored old farm house. Karyn and Alan were some of the most hospitable hosts I've ever encountered. From before we arrived the communication was thoughtful and helpful and on arrival were greeted with an amazing hamper of snacks and a beautiful bottle of wine and the piste de resistance was Karyns homemade granola. The kitchen has every appliance or utensils you could ever want and is a beautiful environment. The house is full of plants with cut flowers in every room making the space exceptionally beautiful and homely. I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again!

We had a wonderful family gathering and the house is beautiful! Plenty of room for all of us , and we loved the fact that each bedroom had its own attached bath. It’s a short walk to the beach, only a couple blocks away and the boardwalk area is a short drive (or a long walk!) away😊 Hampton Beach has lots of shops and restaurants to explore, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even though the weather wasn’t ideal. Kristine was very welcoming and responsive-highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

Amazing view and location! We loved how convenient this location was to shopping and restaurants. Having never been to Portland, this was a very pleasant surprise for us. Parking in the lot directly next to the building was easy and close. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats was so relaxing. Very comfortable condo and we would definitely stay again.

The condo was extremely clean and tidy. Location is perfect for shopping in Perkins Cove and walking the Marginal Way. Once again, another great visit!

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

Great spot. Many thoughtful details! The stairs are steep but we managed it fine. Lots of touches that make you feel comfortable in your home away from home.

I enjoyed my stay. The location is great - just beyond the main beach traffic but close enough to enjoy all the shops/restaurants. Loved being able to see the ocean from bed and watching the sunrise from the apartment/balcony.
