Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

We live on the dike near nature reserve de Vreugderijkerwaard on the IJssel. We own a converted farmhouse with front house, haystack and 2 barns here. We ourselves live in the farmhouse. We are still renovating. In one of the barns, a space has been created, consisting of a living/sitting/sitting/bedroom. Kitchen, toilet and shower. All private for guests. Also a terrace on the west. The space has a lot of privacy and a nice view of the dike. Also parking!

What a beautiful view over the IJssel on the (old) bridge and the IJsselfront of Kampen you have from the upper house! We really enjoyed that. Erica's apartment is fine, only here and there some outdated hinges and locks on the windows that can be opened. Very tastefully decorated, beautiful own art. Also plenty of towels, etc. The communication is super fast and friendly. Kampen is a nice town, not unknown to us. We would like to come back to Erica.

We really enjoyed our stay in Oldebroek. The house was more than good: tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. Upon arrival, there was even something tasty waiting for us with the coffee – a warm welcome! The contact with Margriet was pleasant and personal. We were in the area because of other obligations and therefore have not been able to see much of Oldebroek and the surrounding area. But that is precisely a reason for us to go back. Absolutely recommended!

Jolanda's accommodation is a real gem just outside the old town of Zwolle. However, the old town can be reached on foot (30 min.), by bike or very quickly by car. We felt very comfortable right away and the personal greeting by Jolanda was very warm. The accommodation was very clean and we can only highly recommend it. We will be very happy to return :)
