The apartment boasts a central location and excellent transport links. It's just a few meters from a tram stop. Bonn and Siegburg are easily accessible by train in just a few minutes, and Cologne in about 45 minutes. Cologne Trade Fair 40 minutes. The A560/A3/A59 motorway junctions are approximately 5 minutes away. The HUMA shopping center, restaurants, the university, Hangelar Airport, DGUV, the Federal Office for Personnel Management and the children's hospital are all within easy reach.

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Very nice, newly furnished apartment in an optimal location. The transport links are excellent for getting to Cologne, Bonn, Cologne / Bonn Airport or the ICE train station Siegburg. The Autobahn is only 2 minutes away and several buses take you to nearby train stations. The apartment is accessible separately. It has a bedroom and a very spacious living room. Furthermore, the apartment has a brand new kitchen.

There are very good connections to 3 bus lines and the airport motorway. The two-family house is located in the second row in the middle of a garden. Here is a pure residential area without industrial buildings.
